My professional education began with graphic design & communication and I worked in this field for over 25 years. I have been particularly interested in the interconnectedness of different areas of growth and the fullness of life. Following a systemic understanding, meaning that I weave together communication, therapy and neuroscience in a dynamic holism, I understanding that everything is connected in rhythmicity and cycles, a movement between self-regulation and co-regulation. In my session work I foster building awareness in these cyclical processes and strengthening each of these areas as key to resilience.
